I design so people
don't have to think twice.

Eighteen years into this, and it still comes down to one question for me: how do I make things easier to understand?

I started in visual design, moved into UX, UI, and product design. These days, I work across the whole process, research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, all the way through to UI implementation and developer handoff.

On many projects, I've owned product direction and design strategy, working closely with clients and leading front-end developers along the way. I've also had to jump into domains I knew little about, and figure out how to turn unfamiliar technical concepts into something people could work with.

I care about what happens behind the scenes as much as the interface itself. Beyond individual projects, I've worked within established design systems and built out handoff documentation and processes that made life easier for me and the design team, especially with multiple projects running at once. If it makes the next project easier, I want to build it.

In my last role, I was part of an AI working group where we put together an internal AI handbook and established guiding principles for using it responsibly. That experience shaped how I think about using AI thoughtfully in my design process, finding where it genuinely speeds things up without losing the thinking behind good design.

I'm looking for my next senior or lead role, somewhere I can bring both strategic thinking and execution to make things people understand.
